They discuss the increasingly prolific arms industry, based in Australia and the lack of transparency and compliance around taxpayer-funded defence and munitions contracting.
Through sheer persistence Shoebridge has managed to found out more about Australia’s secretive arms industry that, he said, is more secretive than the United States.
He discussed how Labor and its weapons contractors use data and national security to deny liability.
