Solidarity shown with Colombia
A vigil at Tarndanyangga (Victoria Square), in Adelaide, on May 24 was organised to show solidarity with the people of Colombia and to mark the more than 47 people who have been killed by security forces since April 28.
Police and military forces in Colombia are violently repressing those who are mobilising against new neoliberal tax changes. A four-day national strike was organised in April.
