Why

Based in Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle and places in between, Ecopella will converge in Newtown for an uplifting afternoon concert of save-the-world music.

Passionate, satirical and creative, this environmental choir has been spreading itsa cappellamanifesto since 1998. Ecopella's sense of fun fills each performance with positive and satirical messages. Even when the mood becomes serious the beauty and solemnity of the music uplifts the listener.

With support from The Other Noonans, a talented satirical folk duo from the Illawarra, Ecopella will fill the early evening with environmentally-themed a cappella singing - what we like to call "save-the-world music".

All proceeds from the concert will be donated to Extinction Rebellion to help them rebel for climate justice.
