Public screening of a new documentary on the Takayna/Tarkine region of NW Tasmania + Q&A with special guests.
495,000 hectares, Takayna has one of the last undisturbed tracts of ancient rainforest in the world. It also includes one of the highest concentrations of Aboriginal archaeology in the hemisphere. After more than 30 years fighting for its protection Takayna is still under threat from mining and logging.
