When The World Said No To War is a project to organise a photographic exhibition, education forum and book about the anti-war protests that took place around the world in February 2003. The project was conceived as a tribute to the spirit of the 30 million people who protested.
Professional or amateur photographers with photos of demonstrations that weekend who would be keen to have them shown internationally are encouraged to contact the organisers. They may be photos of two people or two-million people demonstrating, and will be selected on a competitive basis, although diversity of location will be a factor in the selection process.
To find out more, visit the website of When the World Said No to War (<http://www.whentheworldsaidno.org>) and read the information booklet there. Anybody interested in submitting their photographs should email <karenadler@iprimus.com.au> to receive a more detailed explanation of the project and the use of their photos.
