This episode of Green Left is a recording of an online forum with long time revolutionary socialist and historian Paul Le Blanc, who is based in the United States. Le Blanc addresses the character of the COVID-19 disaster under late capitalism, Bernie Sanders' campaign for preselection as the Democratic presidential candidate and the future of socialism in the US. The forum took place on April 26 and was organised by Green Left & Socialist Alliance.
Paul Le Blanc has been a member of the Socialist Workers Party (US) and the International Socialist Organisation, among other organisations. He is the author of various books, including Lenin and the Revolutionary Party and editor of Rosa Luxemburg: Reflections and Writing.
