Due to the increase in the number of people wanting to join Resistance and keep in contact with our campaigns, Resistance has changed its membership structure.

It still costs $5 to join Resistance ($3 for high school students), but for this members will now receive a copy of What Socialists Stand For and the first issue of Green Left Weekly each month for a year.

Members will also be sent a monthly newsletter which will give you more information about what Resistance branches are planning. Membership of Resistance now lasts until December 31 of each year.

Resistance has launched a national membership renewal campaign calling on those who have joined Resistance and who are still interested in our campaigns to renew their membership. You can do this by filling out the clip-off in Resistance magazine or by calling your local branch.

If you want to become a voting member of Resistance, you must pay $5 a month in dues ($3 for high school students). This entitles you to vote at Resistance branch meetings. Talk to your local branch about becoming a dues-paying member.
