SYDNEY — The Anin Murak choir, from East Timor's devastated Dili region, is touring NSW. Money raised will go to an education fund to support the young singers, who have no school facilities in their district. The tour is being organised with the assistance of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The dates are: October 31, 6pm — welcome party at the Liverpool Casual Powerhouse Arts Centre; November 1, 11am — media launch and Lord Mayor's reception, Sydney Town Hall; November 2, 1pm — Penrith UWS Nepean, Himgston Theatre; November 3, 6pm — Liverpool Casual Powerhouse Arts Centre; November 12, 9am — anniversary of the Dili massacre, St Mary's Cathedral, Sydney; November 17, 5.30pm — Kings Parade, Mt Panorama, Bathurst.
