Why

A film to celebrate Cuba's national day of revelry. The Moncada on 26th July 1953 marked the spark of the Cuban Revolution and the continuing struggle for independence. The Cuban Revolution defeated the Batista dictatorship on 1st January 1959. 68 years since the Moncada we celebrate the lives of those heroes like Fidel and Raul Castro.
 
Doors open from 2:30pm. This is a fundraiser organised by the Australia-Cuba Friendship Society WA.
