Camp Ourimbah - Tea For Trees Tuesdays

Campaign planning & activities
Gadigal Country/Sydney
Regional NSW

When

10:30am Tuesday 05 September

Why

NSW Forestry Corporation has closed our Ourimbah Native Forest to the public as logging proceeds.

Tea for Trees was formed, in response to the logging, by four local
women. We may not be able to enter our Forest without being prosecuted under the law, but we can protest what is happening by being quiet witnesses in spirit for the Forest and all the wildlife whose home it is.

Come and join us for a cup of tea and the invitation to share stories of what Forests mean to us.

We are meeting on Tuesdays at 10.30am -12.00pm at the corner of Palmdale Road and the Pacific Highway near the roundabout.

We will continue to meet until the logging stops.
