Why

Join Go Beyond Gas and the Drummers for Climate Action to protest Woodside CEO Meg O’Neill presenting the Keynote speech at the Australian Institute of Company Director’s (AICD) Annual Awards. Woodside is not a responsible company!

Woodside is driving the climate crisis by continuing to push dirty and dangerous gas projects in the Burrup Hub! This mega-gas project on the North West coast of WA is the most polluting fossil fuel project proposed in the Southern Hemisphere. If all plans get approved, the Burrup Hub will belch 6.1 billion tonnes of emissions over its lifetime to 2070, around 13 times the annual emissions of Australia. It would continue polluting until 2070! Woodside is driving the Browse project that will destroy the pristine Scott Reef and further endanger green sea turtles!

The AICD is hosting their annual awards to celebrate respectable leaders in the corporate world. Woodside is not a responsible corporation! Join us with your signs, banners and drums, to protest climate criminals! Hold our signs in front of the building, do some drumming and chanting and make some noise! RSVP to confirm your attendance!
