Co-Create, Generate! Liberate!
Join us for the second workshop (“altered State after party”) in the Creative Activism 2025 series, on the day after the state election. It'll be an absolute blast—infused with creativity and fun to help us get down to actual production of materials for future actions in the lead up to the April/May Federal election.
Workshop Outline
For this hands-on workshop, we will work on the projects we brainstormed and sparked off in the first workshop and support their creative development - from the concept creation, technical production, finishing, delivery and performance.
What to bring?
Bring your team members, materials for making puppets, effigies, signs/banners, street theatre scripts, costumes, props, etc. Come by bus, bike or car and, or catch train to McIver Station a short walk to the activist Centre. Parking is available outside the venue.
Acknowledgements: We recognise that this meeting is taking place on stolen land. This is the land of the Whajuk Noongar people. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
