Tens of thousands of people rallied in Brisbane on June 6 to express solidarity with the #BlackLivesMatter movement in the United States and to campaign against Black deaths in custody in Australia.
Despite more than 430 indigenous deaths in custody, there have been zero convictions of those responsible. Protesters called for justice in these cases.
This was the biggest rally seen in Brisbane in a long time.
The rally concluded with a march to Musgrave Park.
This was part of a massive national mobilisation.
