Why

In 2011, the children of Gaza broke the world record for the largest number of kites flown simultaneously. On the coast of Gaza, 15,000 children filled the Gazan blue skies with messages of hope.

We are adding our voice to and raising awareness of the call for a ceasefire in the Gaza strip, to prevent further casualties and allow for humanitarian aid to the survivors of bombing.

Please register your attendance to ensure adequate supplies. Our Kite Flying event will be the following Saturday and you will get an opportunity to fly your constructed Kites in solidarity with the children of Gaza.
