Baby Asha is facing possible deportation to Nauru.
Over the last week there have being ongoing protests outside Lady Cilento children's hospital in Brisbane, with health professionals at the hospital refusing to discharge baby Asha whilst she could be sent to Nauru. (Read more here: https://www.greenleft.org.au/node/61088)

All quiet. Refugee activists have being checking all the cars that leave the hospital. There is some speculation they may try to move baby Asha to Darwin then onto Nauru. Deportment of immigration has denied they tried or planned to move baby Asha thing morning from Lady Cilento hospital to Nauru. Anything the department of immigration says should be taken with skepticism.
At the moment baby Asha remains in the hospital and refugee supporters continue to hold a vigil outside.

Multiple sources including hospital workers are saying that Baby Asha will be remaining in the hospital safely tonight. Refugee supporters are continuing to stay outside.

Currently refugee activists are rallying outside the hospital, believing she could be deported imminently. They have a presence at all the entrances and exits at the hospital.
Department of immigration officials have informed the family that Asha will be moved. To move her to another location, eg: somewhere more remote - they don't need to give 72 hours notice.
Communication has being cut off between Asha's mother and the outside world. Immigration department is refusing her access to phones.
Flights have being tentatively booked between Brisbane and Nauru for Tuesday.
Police have entered the hospital.
Government is refusing to give any updates.
The crowd outside Lady Cilento hospital is growing every minute and numerous people are preparing to get arrested to let baby Asha stay.
