Poem: Spiritual Land/Spiritless Man
Spiritual Land/Spiritless Man
How ironic that this deeply spiritual land
is inhabited by a spiritless man
who stares at the sufferers with pomposity
and fails to acknowledge the luminosity
of troubadours and poet-prophet-kings
and thus is not privy to the healing they bring.
