More than 300 people demonstrated at the Hazelwood power station from September 12 to 13 to demand emergency action on climate change.
The direct action protest was designed to build community pressure on governments to "switch off coal and switch on renewables".
Protesters marched to Hazelwood gates and formed a giant windmill. Several protesters jumped the temporary security fence and 18 people were arrested.
Protest organisers said the region could be transformed into a job-rich, renewable energy manufacturing hub.
