Why

Israel has pounded the Gaza Strip for over a month, turning Gaza City to rubble. More than 10,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since 7 October, including more than 4000 children.
On Monday, UN chief Antonio Guterres described Gaza as a “graveyard for children”.

Palestinians in Gaza have nowhere to flee. Hospitals, schools and shelters are being targeted by Israel. Supplies of water, food and fuel are exhausted and hospitals in a state of collapse. Yet, the Australian government refuses to call on Israel to end its bombardment, invasion and siege of Gaza. We must continue standing in solidarity with Palestine and demand an end to Israel's criminal war on Gaza.
Join us to protest these atrocities, and to demand:

Stop the war on Gaza!
End the blockade of food, water, fuel and medical supplies!
End the Israeli occupation!
Australia to cut ties with Apartheid Israel!
Free Palestine!

We remind everyone that the struggle for a free Palestine is an anti-racist struggle. We condemn and oppose all forms of racism, including anti-semitism and Islamophobia. Ours is a struggle against the state of Israel, not against Jewish people, many of whom oppose Zionism, and who have a long history of being part of our movement for a free Palestine.
