Stop the massacre, stop the genocide in Gaza!
2pm Sunday 29 October.
Hyde Park North (near the Archibald Fountain)
Followed by a march to Belmore Park.

Israel has now killed nearly 7,000 Palestinians, including around 3,000 children, in its criminal bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
Hospitals are running out of electricity, and all food and water continues to be cut off from the population of 2.3 million, of whom nearly half are children.

300,000 Israeli soldiers are poised to launch a brutal ground invasion, while Israel has destroyed entire neighbourhoods. This is ethnic cleansing, carried out with terror and mass murder. This is genocide.

The Australian Government continues to give full support to Israel's war crimes, even sending troops to the Middle East to act as Israel's protector.
Last week, we held a massive and peaceful demonstration of 30,000 people, including people from Muslim, Jewish and Christian communities
This Sunday, we need to mobilise in even bigger numbers to demand:

  • Stop the massacre in Gaza!
  • Stop the bombing!
  • No ground invasion!
  • End the blockade of food, water, fuel and all other supplies!
  • End the violent ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem!
  • End the Australian Government's support for apartheid Israel and it's war crimes against the Palestinians!
  • Free Palestine!

We acknowledge that this rally and march will be held on stolen Aboriginal (Gadigal) land and that sovereignty was never ceded.
