Ecosocialism 2024: Climate action not war, over June 28–30, featured vital discussions about how to strengthen the movements for climate justice, workers’ rights and international solidarity.

Speakers from the Asia-Pacific region made important contributions that gave activists information and motivation for their struggles here.

The conference included guests from India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and South Africa and was joined online by activists from Pakistan, Ireland, Brazil and the Philippines.

Iconic Palestinian revolutionary Leila Khaled, a featured speaker, addressed the opening panel titled, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free”. Solidarity with struggle for justice in Palestine was one of the event's key discussion themes.
