The Heroin Wars — This program asks whether Khun Sa, leader of the revolutionary movement in the Shan State of Burma, is really a crook, a drug lord and a murderer or a guerilla fighting to gain independence from the Burmese. In retaliation against Khun Sa, Rangoon's generals, with the support of the US, give their support to drug lord Lo Hsing-han. SBS, Tuesday, November 18, 8.30pm.
