Washington's Other Scandal — The 1996 US elections were the most expensive in history. They were also the most corrupt. Eleven Democratic Party fund-raisers have been indicted, six suspects have fled the country, and more than 30 have refused to answer questions posed to them by congressional committees on the grounds that their answers may incriminate them. The former head of the Republican National Committee is under investigation by the Department of Justice. SBS, Tuesday, April 20, 8pm.
